MARKS OF THE GEORGES HELFER
THE BRAND "KING":
The idea came to us a few years ago to develop a label for
goods selected for their superior visual and taste qualities,
in order to answer the demand of specialists of the wholesale
markets.
They are harvested at full maturity, therefore air freighted,
in order to offer an optimal quality.
In this range we included the moscatel and the ribier from
Chile: King Moscatel and King Ribier. Indeed, ten years
from now, the results obtained by the marketing of Moscatel
were satisfactory neither for the importers, nor for the
producers.
Nevertheless we have been able to federate some producers
capable to select high quality standards packed under the
brand King Moscatel, and this enabled us to start again successfully
this variety of grape, with the satisfaction of all operators
of the industry.
Our site Georges Helfer SA in Switzerland developed a carton “King
Exotic” in which are repacked a selection of small
exotic fruits.
The limes (King Lime) and the mango (King Mango) are the
latest born items.
